This is my husband and my second time staying at Rachael's Airbnb and it is just so perfect! We feel right at home. Her space is very cozy and has such a wonderful vibe. The A frame has high ceilings and lovely natural light and soft mood lighting in the evening. Every detail has been thought of in the space from the kitchen to dog toys if you have a pet with you. It has everything you could need. The bed is extremely comfortable, and perfect after a long day of hiking or on the beach. I feel so restful and at peace in her space. It is also a quick drive to some of our favorite beaches ( Hug point, Arches, and Short sands) We would gladly stay at Rachael's space every time we visit the area. It has been a great place to celebrate our anniversary. Highly Recommend this space you won't be disappointed.

Our stay was nothing short of beautiful and deeply relaxing. Each evening, my partner and I found ourselves genuinely looking forward to returning home to this peaceful haven. Tucked into a slightly busier part of Rockaway Beach, the location offers the perfect balance of energy and tranquility, with plenty to do and see nearby. We spent unforgettable mornings watching the sunrise on the beach and ended our nights around a cozy campfire on the beach. These quiet, simple moments made our time here feel incredibly special. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail. When we encountered a minor issue with the sink disposal, Rachael responded with warmth and efficiency. She not only resolved it right away but also generously offered to cover our lunch as a kind gesture. Her thoughtfulness and responsiveness truly stood out and made us feel so well cared for. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

My wife and I fell in love with this cozy A-Frame and didn’t want to leave. Rachael was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The house itself was a vibe: beautifully decorated, filled with natural light, and incredibly comfortable. The king bed was dreamy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Although we didn’t spend much time in Rockaway Beach itself, the location was ideal for day trips to Cannon Beach, Arch Cape, Tillamook, Oceanside, Lincoln City, and Newport. After long days of exploring, we loved winding down with Netflix in the loft. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, and the beach was just a short walk away. We truly wish we could have stayed longer, but the place was booked solid. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay! Rachel’s home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It felt like home immediately, we kept saying how we wished this was our house! lol. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and restaurants. Rachel was incredibly responsive and provided a fantastic list of local recommendations, which made planning activities with my daughter so easy and fun. She even had plenty of towels for both bath and beach, plus beach chairs conveniently stowed outside for us to use. The beds were SO comfy, my bff and I were in heaven watching netflix at the end of each day. The house is in a great spot for exploring — about a 40-minute drive to Cannon/Seaside and just 20 minutes from the Tillamook Creamery, which we were able to pop in to the Tillamook county fair while we were there. This place was beautiful, functional + well-stocked/organized, and a great spot to rest between visiting Rockaway + surrounding OR Coast beach towns! The house is a short walk from the main street of Rockaway + beach access, and tucked away enough that it was easy to leash/walk my dogs within the house's neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place as well as excited to stay here again!

What an ideal place for repose, for wandering, and for spending the day on the beach. I wouldn’t change a single thing about Rachael’s place. I loved all the comfortable perches for reading, daydreaming, and napping. And the bed was super comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful, and Rachael was super friendly. We had such a great experience staying at the Chalet in Rockaway Beach! Rachael was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the start. The house itself was spotless, with beautiful decor, especially loved the stylish green furniture that added a fun and cozy touch. Every detail felt very thoughtfully put together, from the coffee and snacks provided to the amazing s’mores station we enjoyed by the outdoor bonfire. Had everything you could need for a perfect weekend!

We had such a great stay at Rachael’s cozy A-frame near the beach. It’s the perfect home base for exploring the Oregon Coast. It’s close to everything, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The house was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Rachael was a fantastic host. She is super responsive and genuinely kind. You can tell she really cares about the experience her guests have. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, well-located coastal getaway.

I booked the A Frame Away for a girls trip and we loved this home! It was cozy and the decor and furniture was trendy. The beds were comfy and we loved the fire-pit out front. Would definitely book again. Rachael gave great local recommendations and was very helpful through our whole stay!

I absolutely adored this place. We stayed for our honeymoon with our dog and adult daughter and plan to return every Anniversary!! I loved that her decor was green, as a lot of beach homes have a lot of blue, which is one thing that set Racheal’s place above others. We adored the little town, so close to a beautiful, quiet beach. She was proactive and clear in her check in instructions. The record player was so cute and working. Kitchen was full of amenities. I personally LOVED having a washer and dryer that were clean and effective. Beds were comfortable. We loved lounging in the loft upstairs. The downstairs couch and chairs were comfortable as well. I loved that she had dog supplies available, doggy bags, leash and harnesses, and dog treats! Made me feel like my pup was truly welcome. No AC but with the cool west coast weather it was no issue, we just opened the windows which were easy to use and had screens in them. We were all sad to leave Racheal’s place but can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay in Rockaway. The Airbnb was everything we needed and more. There is even a little side storage area with beach items like chairs! The location was perfect to the Main Street in town and other cities were within 30 minutes to explore. We loved that each bedroom has a tv as well. We fully recommend this Airbnb!

5 stars We had a great stay! The place was quiet, comfortable, and very accessible—easy to walk around or hop in the car to explore nearby towns. Rockaway Beach itself is pretty low-key, but the location made it super easy to get up to Manzanita, Cannon Beach, and Seaside, or head south to Tillamook. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and a great home base for exploring the coast. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon, and it was a perfect cozy spot right near the coast! The house was very clean and easy to access thanks to Rachael’s very responsive and helpful instructions for check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our stay so much and are already planning another trip back!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We loved staying at the A Frame Away! So cozy and clean. Comfy beds, great collection on vinyl and we were so close to all the action while still being hidden away in a peaceful nook of the town. The home was so well decorated, not too much and not too little. Had everything we could’ve needed for our 3 night stay with a beautiful view! I will say- watch out for spiders. Not a problem if you don’t mind em but be prepared to see a few. They didn’t bother us much, just hung out. Overall an amazing stay!

This A frame was such a treat for my dog and I to stay in. Beautifully designed, fully equipped, quiet neighborhood, loved the fireplace and listening to records and we walked to the beach every morning! Rachael was a 5 star host and great at communicating! I would highly recommend staying here!

Easy check-in and check-out with a great host - Rachael. Great location, located within a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. The Airbnb itself was clean and spacious. The place had lots of cookware and spices to help you make your meals. We didn't really use much of the outdoor area as it is not fenced and there isn't much of an area to do anything, but we preferred the beach anyway. The place also has chairs you can bring down to the beach, which was great.

Rachael was a wonderful host! So friendly and had great recommendations to local restaurants. Her space is a quick drive to some beautiful locations and cute little towns along the coast. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, and slept peacefully. There was so much character to the space and we felt right at home, love the decor and such comfy sitting areas. This home is even more impressive in person. Stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oils, Tupperware, ziplocs AND S'mores ingredients!!) We were very impressed. Charging cables, beach towels and chairs were available too.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Rachael is an excellent communicator and accommodating host. We appreciated all the little touches throughout the space. Great location as it’s a short walk to the beach but not overly touristy like Cannon Beach and Manzanita.

LOVED this house. This is an ideal spot if you're traveling with kids. They had a toy box filled with toys that kept my 4-year-old entertained and even family-friendly board games like Candy Land. The beds were so comfortable, and there were overhead ceiling fans, which seems like a rare find. I'm also really happy we ended up staying at Rockaway Beach instead of Cannon Beach. The actual beach was still beautiful and it was WAY less crowded. It's still close to Cannon Beach, but Rockaway is a lot more chill. We'll for sure be back if we go to the Oregon Coast again :)

We LOVED staying at this place for a few days on our way down the Oregon Coast. Rachael was super responsive, kind, and warm in all communication. The place itself looked exactly like the pictures and was just a really lovely place to stay. We would absolutely stay there again!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Every detail was so thought out and the house itself is gorgeous. Great for kids—our toddler loved playing with the toys and candy land. It was very easy to explore many destinations up and down the coast. The s’more kit was a special touch :) We’d love to stay again!

Like you are doing, I looked at so many booking options before I chose Rachael’s A frame. It was more than I had in mind but I’m so so glad we booked it. It was worth every penny! My husband and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary in Oregon! I ended up with a very painful tooth ache. I found a dentist in Tillamook and they were so accommodating and welcoming. They didn’t solve my problem but they did make me more comfortable. And then I was able to recuperate in Rachael’s beautiful A-frame. Rachael was helpful each step of the way. And her A frame was perfect in every way! I want to find other properties that Rachael rents!

The layout of the A-frame guest house is perfect for a family vacation, with space to eat, hang out, play games and relax. We loved that it was just a short walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. Rachael was an excellent host and the amount of care and thought put into the space made us feel right at home. Rachael’s place had everything we needed for a long weekend at the coast. The space was clean, beautiful, and well stocked, including a few items regularly left out of other rentals — tissues, food storage options (baggies and glass containers!) and all the coffee fixings. Rachael also allowed us to check in a bit early, which was very helpful. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

This place was perfect! It is so charming and cozy, my boyfriend and I immediately felt at home. Rachael messaged us before we got there with directions in case we needed it and all of the check in information so that when we arrived it was easy as could be to get in and get settled. Everything was super clean and also super cute, we loved all of the green touches! There were board games, a record player, things I would never have thought of to have at an Airbnb but was the perfect extra touch. The walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes (I will say my boyfriend and I are both able bodied so it may not be as easy or quick for others) and the days we didn’t want to walk it was only a 2-3 minute drive! Cannon beach was also super close, for times we wanted to visit, and Rockaway was such a serene and beautiful place, the location of the Airbnb is perfect. We seriously could not recommend it enough!

Rachael’s place A-Frame-Away was great for our pups and us. The beach was a short walk away and perfect for our pups to run around. The Beach Bakeshop, open Fri-Mon, makes great espresso and breakfast treats. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway for a few needed days in the woods on the coast.

This place is so gorgeous. Beautiful daylit spot - high ceilings and big windows in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach and other shops and restaurants if desired. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood as well as the beach, everyone around was very friendly. Especially loved seeing deer in the evenings while we cooked dinner. My partner chef has never stayed in an airbnb kitchen so well stocked with everything we needed. We also felt like our dogs were so welcomed with the treats, toys, towels and dog bowls available for them. Our only complaint is we wish we’d been able to stay longer ;)

My family and I had a great stay here! The airbnb was clean and had alot of space for the price. We enjoyed the games and the living area with the tv. The location is peaceful and is within walking distance to beach. Would stay here again, great place! :)

This place is beautiful! It is well designed/decorated and equipped. In fact it is one of the first places i have visited with a dog where the host provided dog toys, a towel for the dog, several bowls, etc. It is also very relaxing and the host provided clear instructions. It made our stay stress free and we do believe we will book again. We truly loved our stay here!

Rachael's place is both just like the photos AND better than the photos in a way that you will see when you spend time there. It is thoughtful, cozy, elegant, and airy. My partner and I are photographers, so we value and seek out picturesque spaces and places. This Airbnb is that! Additionally... The location was great. The kitchen was well armed for deliciousness. We stayed for Christmas and Rachael thoughtfully added an adorable Christmas tree for our stay. This Airbnb is the bar for me going forward! Thanks for a fantastic stay, Rachael. From the moment we arrived to Rachael’s home we felt relaxed and at home. The home looked exactly like the photos so instantly that put us at ease. The lounge area upstairs was perfect for relaxing nights watching movies and football. We only used the king sized bed and we both slept better than ever. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. Lots of K cups provided and we definitely appreciated that :) this was the perfect oasis for a vacation for my husband and I post deployment. I loved that she provided makeup towels and although we didn’t need a pack and play or sheets for one - the fact that she had them provided was a special touch that we noticed. Rockaway beach had the best beach for watching sunsets and combing the beach for shells. You really can’t go wrong in this area adventuring and driving up and down the coast! We can’t wait to return! We felt right at home in Rachael's beautiful house. The big bay windows made the place light up in the morning, while the bedrooms were dark and quiet at night. The place is a five minute walk from great shops and restaurants on the 101, offering easy access to amenities while still being private, quiet, and secluded. We came for the beach and ocean, but found ourselves just as enamored with the place where we stayed. We'd do it again in a heartbeat, and even discussed bringing some friends next time. Rachael's A-frame home was absolutely wonderful. We've stayed at other Airbnb's on the coast before, but Rachael's place is the best so far. Your first thought when entering the home is "WOW!" The house was clean, smelled good, easy to find and felt safe at all times. We were able to park right in front of the house which was nice & convenient. Entry into the home was quick & easy. My young adult daughters loved the loft! Rachael thought of everything ... Keurig coffee maker with Starbuck's pods, sugar, cream & a drip coffee maker too! Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. There were lots of hooks in the bathroom so the 4 of us could hang our towels (most places don't have that). The bedrooms were nice, beds were comfortable and there were (much appreciated) luggage racks in each room too! Rachael is a great host. She responded quickly and even offered an earlier check in time. If we're ever in the area again, we will definitely book this A-frame home again!

fabulous little cabin for staying cozy during a fall beach visit. we very much enjoyed our stay, and my partner--who's pretty hard to impress--was immediately wowed by the place when we arrived :) perfect for our family of four: our kindergartner and a one-year-old had a blast (family friendly place, for sure). definitely recommend! also, while not beach front or even adjacent, we found it quite easy to walk with our family from the cabin to the downtown stretch and the beach - we did multiple times a day!

This rental house was the nicest and cleanest house I've ever rented! Absolutely immaculate which I'm very picky about! It's very newish feeling. Very nice towels and linens. Bed was very comfy. So was the sectional in tv room/loft. Kitchen was beautifully stocked and appliances were all very nice! We'll be coming back next year!!

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 dogs and almost 2 year old son and it was absolutely perfect. Finding a spot somewhat last minute on the coast they was pet and child friendly was super challenging and we absolutely lucked out with this house. Rachael’s was not just pet/kid friendly but truly above and beyond- from a toy chest, pack’n’play, kid kitchen things, safe bathroom, and easy laundry- to the dog basket with bowls, toys, and all the extra towels. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and we found the bed to be super comfortable. Thank you so much again!
